% 30.07.2018 It is the appellant's case that the appellant has been convicted and is undergoing imprisonment in terms of the impugned order. The civil liability has to be paid by 23.10.2018. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the impugned order had directed the civil liability to be shared equally between the two accused, therefore likewise, the amount of fine too to be reduced similarly.

The Court finds the argument tenable. Accordingly, the amount of fine is reduced by half. Should the petitioner have undergone the period of imprisonment, he shall be released in terms of the procedure. The appeal is disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties, under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JULY 30, 2018/acm
