The learned counsel for the parties state that after the present petition was filed, the parties arrived at a settlement, which is recorded in the Memorandum of Understanding executed on 24.04.2017. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition and the application do not survive and are disposed of.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the parties state that there are issues that arise from the Memorandum of Understanding that need to be resolved.

At their request, the parties referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). The parties shall appear before the DHCMCC today i.e. 02.05.2017 at 04:00 PM in order to put

quietus to their disputes.
