This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that appellant will pay to the respondent a sum of Rs.11.50 lacs within a period of four months from today and on receipt of which all claims of all parties against each other in the present litigation would be settled and satisfied. If the amount is not paid within four months, then, appellant will be liable to pay

the amount of Rs.11.50 lacs with interest @ 18% per annum commencing from today till the date of payment.

Appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid observations, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
