% 25.07.2018 Crl. M.A. 28423/2018 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. Crl.M.C.3643 /2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is also present in Court, who accepts notice. She has been identified by SI Manoj Kumar of police station Rajouri Garden. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 (husband) and respondent no. 2 (wife) have been living together since 22.05.2018. Respondent no.2 says that she has no objection in case FIR No.100/2013 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have started living together after resolving their differences, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No.100/2013 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J JULY 25, 2018 ab
