% 26.07.2016 Crl. M.A. No.11214/2016 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 2144/2016 Respondent No.2 is present in Court. He has produced his Identity Card issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as proof of his identity. A copy of the Identity Card of respondent No.2 has also been placed on record.

The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.204/2016 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 186/ 353/ 332/ 323/ 34 IPC at Police Station- South Rohini, against the petitioners.

The parties have arrived at an oral settlement on 10.07.2016. The affidavits of all the parties, including respondent No.2 are placed on record. The complainant states that he joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
