% 23.02.2016 This is a suit for damages valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for parties submit that plaintiff is located at Kishan Ganj where part of cause of action also arose hence requests the present case to be transferred to District Central, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 29.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
