The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 370/2014 under Section 419/420/468/471/120-B/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Shahadara, Delhi and quashing of order dated 20.06.2014 passed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. passed by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate.

Learned Addl. PP refers to the status report dated 21.07.2018 wherein it is stated that the investigation is almost complete and there is no evidence against the alleged accused persons in the above referred FIR.

This is however, disputed by learned counsel for the complainant who submits that there is evidence against the petitioner. BAIL APPLN. 4489/2018

In view of the status report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
