O R D E R

% 01.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the three orders which have been passed by the Estate Officer. The first order is dated 08.02.2016, the second order is 22.03.2016 and the third order is dated 03.05.2016. The first two orders have been the subject matter of challenge before the District Judge which is the appellate body of the Estate Officer. The third order dated 03.05.2016 has not yet been challenged. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty granted to him to move the appellate Court (as is permitted under law) to challenge the order dated 03.05.2016 and his submission is that on the grant of provident fund (which is an order enuring in his favour in terms of the directions given by the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 03.06.2016), he shall thereafter vacate the quarter may be considered by the appellate body, if it is permissible under law. Petition disposed of.
