On 14th July, 2016 learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that application has been filed by the legal representatives of the deceased for bringing them on record. However, no such application is on record. No one appears for the petitioner.

Accordingly, this revision petition abates.

Reliance has been placed on the judgment titled Balbir Singh vs. State of Punjab & another passed in Criminal Revision No. 1519 of 2005 on 18th November, 2015 by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. A.K. PATHAK, J.
