Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance copy of the writ petition being served states that she has received telephonic instructions that the impugned order dated July 19, 2016 passed by IG (MED)/Med. Suptd. CAPFs CH, BSF, Tekanpur has been withdrawn because it has been passed by an officer not competent to pass the order. The competent officer is DG, BSF who is looking into the matter. 2.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous binding the respondents to the statement made by their counsel. 3.

Needless to state, the impugned order dated July 19, 2016 shall not be given effect to.
