LPA 408/2018 After some hearing, counsel for the appellant states that the appellant intends to initiate civil proceeding and would also pray for interim injunction.
However, the official respondent should examine allegation regarding bribe mentioned in the representation dated 07.07.2018. It appears that this argument and contention was not raised by the appellant before the Single Judge. We would only observe that the aforesaid assertion be examined as per and in terms of the policy and guidelines. We clarify that we have not commented or made any
