% 13.05.2016 Record shows that a suit for possession had been filed by the petitioners Rohit Khandelwal and another seeking possession and mesne profits of the suit property which suit stood decreed vide judgment and decree dated 07.06.2014 by the Civil Judge. Both the parties were aggrieved by that finding and they have filed separate appeals. The cross appeals are yet pending before the Additional District Judge and the next date fixed before it is 02.07.2016. No further orders are called for in this petition. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge to dispose of the cross appeals expeditiously as both the parties are aggrieved by the finding of the Civil Judge and both of them feel that their valuable right has been effected.
