O R D E R

% 09.03.2017 Parties have settled the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from Mr. Abhishek Singh, AR of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that petitioner would pay a sum of Rs.1,60,000/- towards full and final settlement of dues to the respondent.

Respondent, who is present in person, submits that he is willing to settle the matter at Rs.1,60,000/-.

Mr. Abhishek Singh undertakes on behalf of the petitioner company that a sum of Rs.80,000/- shall be paid to the respondent on 30th March, 2017 before the Trial Court and balance Rs.80,000/- shall be paid to the respondent on 15th April, 2017.

He further undertakes that payments shall be made on time and there shall be no default on behalf of the petitioner company. Petitioner shall comply with the statement given in the Court today. The respondent will withdraw the suit after receipt of entire settlement amount from the petitioner.
