Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and accept notice.

They have been identified by SI Ranbir Singh of police station Badarpur.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Settlement Deed dated 7th May, 2018. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 also submit that they have received compensation of ₹1,25,000/- jointly from the petitioners towards the medical expenses and mental pain &

agony suffered by them.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 say that they have no objection in case FIR no. 97/2015 under Sections 323/307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Badarpur and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
