CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 16.11.2018 Crl.M.A. 31306/2018 (Rectification of order dated 09.08.2018) During the hearing of bail application on 09.08.2018, learned counsel for Ms. Neeru Kapoor had stated that the applicant was having 90% share of BSI in the machines. Accordingly, this fact was recorded in para 1 at page 3 of the order dated 09.08.2018.

By this application, the applicant points out that in fact the applicant was having 75% shares and not 90% shares in the machines. It is further submitted that the word of 'BSI' has also been mentioned inadvertently. It is thus prayed that necessary corrections may be made in the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no objection if corrections are made in the order. Accordingly, it is ordered that 90% figure shall be read as 75% and

word of 'BSI' shall stand deleted in para 1 of page 3 of the order dated 9th August, 2018.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J NOVEMBER 16, 2018 ab
