% 29.07.2016 Petitioners and respondent no.2 were known to each other and have business relations. A quarrel ensued between them on some trivial matter wherein petitioners assaulted the respondent no.2 resulting in simple injuries to him.
Now, parties have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. He admits having settled the matter with the petitioners and has no objection in quashing the present FIR.
Keeping in mind the above facts, FIR No. 95/2016 under Sections 341/308/34 IPC registered at police station Gazipur and the consequent
proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed subject to, however, each of the petitioners depositing `10,000/- with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks, receipts whereof be deposited with the Investigating Officer.
