% 19.11.2018 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking transfer of civil suit being CS No.347/2016 titled 'Smt.Rekha Bobal v. Smt. Pooja Khanna' from the Court of ADJ-04 (East) Karkardooma Courts to the Court of ADJ (Shahdara) Karkardooma-Shahdara District Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 22.11.2017, the learned District & Sessions Judge, East, Karkardooma Courts granted liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as the exclusive jurisdiction to transfer the matters to different district lies with the High Court.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the petition, the prayer is allowed. The civil suit being CS No.347/2016 titled 'Smt.Rekha Bobal v. Smt. Pooja Khanna'

be transferred from the Court of ADJ-04 (East) Karkardooma Courts to the Court of ADJ (Shahdara) Karkardooma-

Shahdara District Court.

The petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of.

As prayed, copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
