+ BAIL APPLN. 1726/2018 and Crl. M.A. 28436/2018 SACHIN SAPRA ..... Petitioner Through: Mr. Sunil Mehta, Advocate versus THE STATE (NCT OF DLEHI) ..... Respondent Through: Mr. Akshai Malik, APP with SI Neel Prakash, PS S.B. Dairy

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 25.07.2018 The counsel for the petitioner while arguing for bail submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had put his male organ into the mouth of the victim child, he adding the expression "that's all". He also submitted that the matter is likely to be "sorted out" as both sides live in the same colony. The attempt to trivialise the offence is condemnable, to say the least. It is inherent in the submissions that attempts are already being made to influence the victim and the witnesses of the crime.

The offences involved here include those punishable under Sections 342, 363, 377, 34 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. These offences are far too serious to be treated so casually as is the attempt made. The matter needs probe.

No ground for any BAIL APPLN. 1726/2018

protection in the nature of anticipatory bail. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J JULY 25, 2018 yg BAIL APPLN. 1726/2018
