% 17.03.2016 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing of the FIR No.583/1998 registered at police station Hauz Khas for the offences punishable under Sections 420/468/471/120B of the IPC.

Learned Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State has informed this Court that the petitioner has been convicted vide judgment dated 12.02.2016 and sentenced to three years simple imprisonment and fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offences punishable under Sections 420/120B of the IPC and one year simple imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 471 of the IPC with fine of Rs.1,000/-.

In view of submission made by learned Prosecutor, the present petition has become infructuous.
