% 23.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that valuation of the suit is less than the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, thus, the same has to be transferred to the District Court in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff further submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 25th January, 2016. File be transferred by the Registry to the transferee court forthwith. A.K.
