% 25.04.2017 A detailed affidavit has been filed by the petitioners stating and explaining the threat perception at the hands of the respondent No.3 and her relatives. On 17.04.2017, this Court had directed the officer incharge of the concerned police station to provide protection to the petitioners by posting one beat constable near the residence of the petitioners, who would keep an eye on the ingress and egress in the house of the petitioners. The mobile telephone numbers of two officers of the police station have also been provided to the petitioners with a direction to the aforesaid officers that in case any distress call is made by the petitioners, it would be attended to and necessary action be taken at the end of the police. Needless to say that such protection shall be afforded to the petitioners till the time the issue is settled.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
