This order is in continuation of the orders dated 10th March, 15th March and 23rd March, 2016.

The counsel for the petitioner Punjab National Bank states that possession has since been received by the petitioner Bank from the respondent No.5. He states that the petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner Bank to take appropriate steps for recovery of arrears of rent. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
