% 27.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal installed gates / barriers in front of State Bank of India, Mansarovar Garden, New Delhi are being permitted by the respondents inspite of the fact that they are illegal and against the building bi-laws. On advance notice counsel for the respondent no. 1 has put in appearance. Her telephonic instructions are to the effect that these gates are on 60 feet wide road and this road being looked after Public Works Department (PWD), if there is any encroachment the same should be looked after and removed by the PWD. The Corporation has not granted any permission qua these gates.

Noting these above facts, counsel for the petitioner submits that he will move appropriate representation before the PWD and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
