% 03.08.2016 Complainant is present in Court. She has also placed on record the copy of her electoral photo identity card.

The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.433/2014 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 498A/ 406/ 34 IPC against the petitioners.

The petitioner No.1 and the respondent No.2 are married according to Hindu rites on 11.03.2012. Since disputes arose between the parties, they started living separately and respondent No.2 filed her complaint leading to

registration of the aforesaid FIR at Police Station - Farsh Bazar. The parties have arrived at a settlement on 07.01.2015, which has been placed on record. The complainant states that she has already received an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- as per settlement from the petitioners in full & final settlement of all her claims and she joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
