% 29.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction has been permitted in property bearing No.26, Zamroodpur, New Delhi by respondent no.2; this illegal structure is dangerous to human life.

Respondent no.1 on advance notice has put in appearance. He submits that this property was booked on 28.6.2016 pursuant thereto notice of personal hearing was given and the personal hearing is fixed for 01.8.2016. He however submits that after notice there is no any unauthorized construction qua the aforenoted property. Necessary action in accordance with law shall be taken forthwith. Petition disposed of.
