O R D E R

% 24.01.2019 The learned counsel for the parties submit that efforts to settle the lis through mediation have yielded no results.

The petitioner is stated to have joined the investigations in terms of the order dated 25.07.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to continue to do so as and when called upon by the Investigating Officer.

In the circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 183/2018, registered under Sections 308/34 IPC at Police Station Sector 23, Dwarka, Delhi, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer;

(ii) he shall furnish his mobile phone number to the police, which shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him; (iii) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (iv) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Any observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed-off.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
