% 11.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the trial, he shall not press the present petition at this stage.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the trial court shall make endeavour to conclude the recording of prosecution witnesses expeditiously, preferably within a period of 7 months from the next date of hearing.
In view of the above, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
