% 10.02.2016 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation states that the property in question being J-3/60, Khirki Extention, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, has been booked. A demolition order has already been passed.

Since the property is occupied, a vacation notice under section 349 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 has been issued. The learned counsel for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation assures this court that follow up action shall be taken and the learned counsel appearing for the Delhi Police also states that necessary action in accordance with law will be taken whenever requested by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of.
