The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may be pleased to: a) quash the case FIR No. 145/2015 under Section 420, 406, 34, 120B IPC with PS: New Ashok Nagar, Delhi and further proceedings arising therefrom;
b) pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."

None appears on behalf of petitioners.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the last date of hearing as well, i.e., 06.11.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
