% 30.07.2018 The petitioner is aggrieved by the omission of respondent / DVAT Authorities to process the refund claimed, which as submitted, are to the extent of Rs.5,53,606/- alongwith interest.
Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the DVAT authorities accepts notice of the petition and submits that according to his instructions, the refund application shall be processed within a period of two weeks and the amount as admissible in law, together with interest payable, shall be credited to the petitioner's account within two weeks.
