The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:- a.
Direct the respondent No.1 to conduct the demarcation of the land falls under Khasra no. 482/2, 616/489, 500/13, 615/489, 611/286 situated at Village Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi of the petitioner in a time bound manner with the active assistance of respondent no. 2 & 3 in the interest of justice;
b.
Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Mr. Tripathi, learned ASC on instruction from Mr. Naveen S.L., DM, South East assures the Court that demarcation shall finally be carried out by way of TSM method within eight weeks from today. The statement is taken on record.

Mr. M. Hasibuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner states, in view of the submission made, nothing further survives in the petition and the same be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
