Petitioner's claim in these writ proceedings is for a direction to the respondent/DVAT Department for processing and releasing the refund amounts due to it. Learned counsel for the respondent appearing on advance notice submits upon instructions that the refund

claims, which are the subject matter of these proceedings would be processed in accordance with law and the amounts due and payable would be credited to the petitioner's account within two weeks from today. The orders of refund shall also be communicated to the petitioner, whose rights and contentions, in the event of any grievance, to approach the Objection Hearing Authority (OHA), in accordance with law, are kept open.

The petition is disposed of in these terms.
