O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,10,000/- ( Rupees Three Lakh Ten Thousand only) over and above the amount payable in terms of the impugned award towards full and final settlement.

Insurance company shall deposit the enhanced sum of Rs.3,10,000/- by way of cheque/demand draft, within four weeks with DHCLSC, failing which, it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum. The amount so settled, shall be apportioned and released to the claimants in consonance with the terms of the impugned award.

The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeal shall stand disposed of.
