% 25.07.2018 CM No. 29366/2018 (exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

LPA 402/2018 Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 19.07.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge on an application filed by the petitioner (appellant herein) seeking interim relief. The complaint of the petitioner (appellant herein) is that although the petitioner (appellant herein) is eligible for the post of Deputy Secretary/Regional Director, NCTE, but for mala fide reasons, he has not even been called for the interviews. The learned Single Judge has declined the prayer made

by the petitioner (appellant herein) on the basis of the statement by learned counsel for respondent No. 2 that the process of interviews stands concluded. The learned counsel for respondent No. 2, who enters appearance on an advance copy, reiterates her submissions. In view of the fact that the procedure for conducting the interviews has concluded, we find no infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge, however, we make it clear that any appointment so made shall be subject to final order which may be passed in the writ petition. The order passed by this Court shall be brought to the notice of all the successful candidates.

With these observations, the appeal is disposed of. Dasti.
