% 24.09.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the settlement, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the petition along with pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsels for the parties further submit that the mandate of two Arbitrators shall also stand terminated. Counsels shall be at liberty to inform the Arbitrators regarding the settlement and the termination of the mandate of the Arbitrators.
