% 18.11.2015 Parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 20th May, 2015, which has been signed by the authorised representatives of the parties and their counsels.

Settlement Agreement is marked as "Mark C-1". Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. Suit is disposed of in terms of "Mark C-1".

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs and necessary certificate, in this regard, be issued to the plaintiffs by the Registry. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
