% 25.01.2019 This petition is against the order dated 1st March, 2018 whereby leave to defend application of the tenant/respondent was allowed. The pleadings have been completed in eviction petition No.E-2/2017 and the matter is now fixed for evidence of the petitioner/landlord on 18th March, 2019.
After some arguments it was agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he shall withdraw this petition if a direction is given to learned trial Court to conclude the proceedings within six months. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to learned ARC to conclude the proceedings within six months from 7th February, 2019, on which date the parties shall appear before the
learned trial Court.
