% 27.07.2018 In the forenoon, the case was passed over to facilitate the learned counsel for the State to obtain instructions apropos the complaint filed by the petitioner earlier in the month of May, 2018. Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, upon instructions from the SHO, who is present in Court, states that the matter has been looked into. However, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner did not receive any intimation apropos the progress of the report.

In the circumstances, the present petition would be treated as the petitioner‟s representation by the respondents and an appropriate action would be taken thereon within a week with due intimation to the petitioner.
