W.P.(C) 7600/2018 Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the SDMC states that a Show Cause Notice, in relation to unauthorised construction existing in the subject property has been issued and a copy thereof, will be provided to the petitioner during the course of the day.

Mr. Ashok Bhasin, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that they shall file a reply to the Show Cause, which hitherto, they were not in receipt of, within two days from today.

Subject to the above, the SDMC shall pass an order, in accordance with law, in relation to the subject Show Cause Notice, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard, expeditiously and preferably within two weeks from today. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
