TR.P.(C.) 84/2016 and CM No. 27248/2016 (stay) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been transferred to ADJ (NE)-02. He relies upon the earlier order of the District Judge dated 27.01.2014 whereby the matter was transferred from the court of the present Presiding Officer to the court of ADJ(NE)-02. In view of the order of the District Judge dated 27.01.2014, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the concerned District Judge/Officiating Court pointing out the order dated 27.01.2014. Granting the said liberty, the petition is disposed of. Dasti.
