% 13.01.2016 Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that this matter needs to be transferred to the concerned District Court.

I note, the suit is for partition and possession of certain properties and has been valued at Rs. 22,41,000/-. The property is situated at Rampura, Rohini, Delhi.

In view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November, 2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of

India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the learned District & Sessions Judge (North West), Rohini Courts, Delhi. Accordingly, the parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge (North West), Rohini, on February 29, 2016.
