During the pendency of the present suit, the parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that in the mediation, the parties have arrived at a settlement, terms thereof have been reduced in the form of a Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2024. 3.

The learned counsel for the parties further submits that in terms of the settlement, the defendants have given up their rights in three plots enumerated in the para (II) of the settlement agreement. 4.

In this backdrop, the learned counsel for the parties submit that the present suit may be disposed of, in terms of the settlement. 5.

The Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2024 is signed by the plaintiff and the contesting defendants, as well as, their respective counsel. In so far as the other defendants are concerned, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that no relief has been sought qua them. 7.

In view of the above, the Court is satisfied that the Settlement is lawful and the claim of plaintiff in the suit has been satisfied. 8.

Accordingly, the present suit is disposed of, in terms of the mediation settlement dated 29.04.2024. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

Let decree be drawn in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2024, which shall form part of the decree. 10.

Since the parties have arrived at a settlement before the mediation, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate to the plaintiff for the refund of full Court Fees.
