% 20.08.2018 The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the South Delhi Municipal Corporation to ensure that the construction being raised in the subject property WS-74A, Ramgarh Colony, Gali No.9, Near Basai Darapur, New Delhi, is strictly in accord with the sanction plan duly issued by them on 06.05.2015.

With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of accordingly and further directions are called for. Pending application also stands disposed of.
