The present suit has been placed before the Court by the learned Registrar (Original), who has recorded in the order dated 03.06.2016 that the same has been received back from the court of the learned ADJ, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in terms of the order dated 25.05.2016 to the effect that the matter does not pertain to the said District and instead pertains to the District Court Rohini.

The Registry is directed to transmit the file of this case to the District & Sessions Judge, North-West District, Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi, on 3rd September, 2016.
