5665/2018 CRL.M.A5665/2018 is an appHcation filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition submitting to the effect that a settlement has since been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondents no. 2 & 3. It has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that FIR No. 196/12 PS Bindapur under Sections 323/498A/406/506/34 of V the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been quashed in proceedings Crl. M.C. No. 1319/18 on 15.03.2018.

To similar effect is the submission made on behalf of the State.

In view thereof, the application is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.

The date 02.05.2018 is cancelled.
