% 09.08.2018 This is a joint petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. Having perused the contents of the petition the time for making of the Award is extended for a further period of six months from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms and with no order as to cost.
