This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the orders [dated 20th April, 2018 and 7th July, 2018 in HMA No.266/2016 of the Court of Principal Judge (South), Family Court, Saket, Delhi] of dismissal of the application of the wife (respondent in the petition filed by the husband before the Family Court for dissolution of marriage under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955) under Order XIV Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) and of dismissal of review sought of the order of dismissal of application under Order XIV Rule 5 CPC.

After full arguments, the counsel for the petitioner wife withdraws the petition reserving the liberty granted to the petitioner wife vide order dated 18th July, 2018 of the Division Bench of this Court in Matrimonial Appeal (F.C.) 60/2018 arising from the same proceedings. 5.

The counsel for the petitioner wife states that liberty be also granted to the petitioner wife to urge the grounds as raised in this petition in the final arguments before the Family Court.
