1. It is seen from the records that despite the order passed by this Court on 29th April 2016 no progress has been made by the learned Arbitrator.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court terminates the mandate of the Arbitrator appointed by the Respondent.

3. The Court appoints Mr. Krishnendu Datta, Advocate (Mob. No. 9810138786) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules. O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 56/2016
