O R D E R

% 18.12.2018 I.A. No.17412/2018 This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the Interim Order granted by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2018 by a further period of four weeks.

By the order dated 30.10.2018 passed in ARB.P. 756/2018, the parties herein have been referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) for appointment of an Arbitrator. By a separate order passed on 30.10.2018 in this petition, the Interim Order dated 01.08.2018 was directed to continue for a further period of eight weeks giving liberty to the parties to file an appropriate application, if so adviced, to seek continuation / modification / vacation of the said order.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in spite of efforts, the Arbitrator has still not been appointed by the DIAC. She further submits that a copy of this application has been served on the counsel for the respondent who has expressed no objection to the extension

of the Interim Order being granted by this Court. In view of above, the Interim Order dated 30.10.2018 is directed to continue for a further period of four weeks from today. The application is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost.
