% 02.08.2016 Status report has been filed and is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner and his mother had visited the child in the hospital. He also submits that the respondent No. 4 was present and the meeting was cordial. At this stage, counsel for the respondent No. 4 has entered appearance and states that the petitioner and his family members have been visiting the child in the hospital. He states that the respondent

No. 4 does not have any objection to the same in case the decorum is maintained and the hospital rules are followed. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner has stated that they are arranging and would contribute money for the treatment of the child. 3.

In view of the statements made by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the parties to approach the Court in case of any difficulty. We hope and trust that the petitioner and his family and the respondent No. 4 would ensure that the child, who is undergoing treatment, gets love and affection from his family members and does not suffer. The parties will abide by the statement made in the Court and comply with the hospital rules.
